Industry-Standard Payment Structure: Website development and custom design commissions operate on a milestone-based split: 50% non-refundable advance deposit is required upfront to lock in production scheduling and initiate architecture wireframing. The remaining 50% final settlement is due immediately upon code completion, client review/testing, and right before final deployment or DNS pointing to the client's live host.
2. Revision Scope & Limitations: Custom website builds include up to two (2) structured rounds of revisions during the staging phase. Major structural changes requested after code lock or post-deployment will incur separate hourly development fees.
3. Client-Side Asset Responsibility: The client is responsible for supplying final copy, brand logos, imagery, and necessary streaming links/IDs. Delays in asset provision will adjust final project deadlines accordingly.
4. Third-Party Dependencies & Safety Nets: Heartscript Studios configures secure custom architecture, SMTP mail pipelines, and performance code. However, we are not liable for third-party hosting outages (e.g., Hostinger server downtime), third-party API changes (Groq AI, Google AdSense policy suspensions), or domain registrar issues.
5. Firm No-Refund Policy & Chargeback Protection: Due to the immediate resource dedication and digital code deployment involved, all advances, deposits, and milestone payments are strictly non-refundable. Any unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal attempt will result in immediate code license revocation, algorithmic removal of live assets, and submission to fraud prevention registries.
